Tim has always done this obtuse rage bait, I’ve heard him on broadcast as well as a coworker that listened to him rationalize it as a way to see confusion as to what his actual twitter position is. He tries to market it as „centrist trolling, both sides are mad hur hur hur“ but it’s effectively a way for him to farm engagement and provide himself with weasley trap doors
