I think that the US wants a bad deal for Ukraine. It makes Europe having to worry about Russia a lot more and we become more dependent on the US.

Very unfortunate for Ukraine. It’s a bad deal because Ukraine is forced to surrender with terms that are much more favorable for Russia.

Z: Mr. Trump, I’m afraid we cannot accept this deal. Our nation’s constitution forbids us from ceding territory to the aggressor.

T: Of course you can give away territory. Just ignore your constitution and sign the document.

Z: Ignore it? It’s the basic law of our country. It’s the only reason I have any authority. How could I ignore it?

T: Easy! I ignore ours all the time.

And can anyone even take any American security-guarantee seriously as part of the deal? Everyone knows that Trump would be thrilled to death if Russia were to sweep all of Ukraine. Whatever he says, it’s completely worthless. If it were a trade of land for security, but there is no security at all.
