I was born in Mountain View, CA in 1991.

My dad and I lived there and in San Jose for several years when I was a young child. He was not in tech.

We eventually moved to Phoenix in 1997, because it was too expensive to live in Silicon Valley.

The people of San Jose will pay. The people will always pay. The companies will siphon everything from everyone they can. Because it’s incentivized by their stakeholders.

The problem will never be solved. People will be bled dry, with survivors nearby wondering „I wonder what will happen next?“

This is what happens next.

Energy is a business. It can be operated For Profit.

In that case, the limits on its size or scale can be extended and elastic.

Maybe require data centers for A.I. (based on # of a chip type) to finance and pay for capacity, or provide their own.

Depending on the company the Utility Bill will make its way through the ERP and be processed by their Accounts Payable Department wherever they receive bills too. Then it comes done to company policies for how they send payments likely ACH but it can vary by utility company.
