      I like them both but I like Talarico more for Senate.  

      Edited because I was reminded about her district being gerrymandered out of existence.

      I like her. Seems genuine. Talarico comes off as a Buttigieg style candidate. Not very inspiring.

      Jasmine is a shameless self-aggrandizer and a phony. If she cared about the Democrats winning in Texas then she wouldn’t be cutting Talarico down just so she can have a shot at a state that is absolutely not voting in a black woman.

      She clearly wants to be President and with what qualifications? She’d be a poison pill on a national ticket. She doesn’t build bridges or offer solutions, she takes pot shots and burns people. America is not voting for her childish crap.

      I’d hate to see her take shots at Talarico, who has far better chances to win as a Democrat.

      I’m not sure how I feel about this. I feel like now she won’t be in the house or the senate when she was a pretty strong representative. I think she is less likely to win the general than the pastor guy.

      I feel like she will be the one getting tons of out-of-state/corporate $$ just based on name recognition.

      Her launch video was a turnoff for me if I am being honest. Being anti-Trump is not enough. What do you stand for?

      I hope Talarico wins the primary, but I am not in Texas. Good luck.

      She definitely has risen astronomically over the past few years but I dont see her winning the seat in Texas, she’s one of the GOPs biggest boogeymen.

      I love her, but even if she somehow manages to win the primary. There is just no way she wins in Texas being both black and a woman.

      It sucks but it’s just not happening, not in today’s Texas.

      It seems like the Democratic establishment wants her to stay in her place and wait her turn, similar to other candidates that we have seen engineer upsets in the past.

      I wouldn’t have expected TX to put up 2 strong candidates for Senate, this is really exciting!
