      These chips are already being sold through back channels at much higher cost. This is forcing China to dump money into their own chip development that isn’t too far behind.

      I think the play is to make China more dependent on foreign chip instead of them becoming the leaders by making these chips easier to obtain.

      More than likely China just gets cheaper chips and continues thier chip program until they can compete/outperform Nvidia
