Not a huge fan of this move in Ottawa first, city of the most government workers…
This should be happening in Vancouver first imo also Halifax since many remote ON workers have moved there and completely priced out locals.
How much of this will get eaten up by banking fees as they loan it to rich developers vs how much goes to actually help the people who should own these hones.
Going to take a loooong time to make a dent in the housing crisis if we are going city by city. This needs to be a national fund
