      China is just testing how weak the US and Europeans will be on this. They know it’s a great way to help expose to everyone that it’s all hot air, everyone being small states in Europe and states across the Asia Pacific region.

      Putin owns Trump and knows the USA is the weakest it’s ever been with Trump in charge of every action it takes. Putin can do whatever he wants with assurances the USA won’t act against him
