Aktivitäten (stündlich) und Stimmungen (täglich) sind auf Deutsch. Ich verwende meine selbst geschriebene App, um dies zu protokollieren. Ich habe Tools geschrieben, um die verschiedenen Aktivitäten/Stimmungen miteinander zu vergleichen. Nachdem ich das jetzt schon seit 5 Jahren mache, habe ich tatsächlich einige ziemlich interessante Daten, die ich mir ansehen kann.

    1. So basically, I started tracking my daily mood every day since 2018 and my hourly activities since 2021 in a self-written webapp. (The webapp will eventually be open-source, but rn it’s only for myself sry)

      Since every info is in german, here are some translations:

      **for moods**
      red = great day
      orange = good day
      yellow = okay day
      green = bad day
      blue = sad day
      purple = annoyed day

      **for activities**
      1 #cccccc = sleep
      2(23) #ffff00 = work (since 2022) / uni (in 2021)
      3 #ff0000 = family
      4 #000000 = self care (like showering, meals…)
      5 #f6b26b = reading
      6 #00ffff = watching videos/movies
      7 #e06666 = sports
      8 #ff00ff = video games
      9 #6aa84f = making music
      10 #b6d7a8 = listening to music
      11 #45818e = travel (bus, car, plane, train…)
      12 #5b0f00 = wasted time
      13 #9900ff = writing
      14 #741b47 = spending time with my spouse
      15 #980000 = social stuff, like meeting friends
      16 #6d9eeb = coding
      17 #666666 = chilling (doing nothing special on purpose – like chatting online)
      18 #00ff00 = taking a walk
      19 #ff9900 = other projects
      20 #1155cc = cleaning, cooking, …
      21 #9fc5e8 = shopping
      22 #d5a6bd = doc visit
      23 (see 2)
      24 #38761d = garden work
      25 #3a2d87 = learning new language

      often, i do more than one activity at once, e.g. i can take a walk with friends or i can watch a video on the train – i prioritize what is „more important“ for me personally in that hour.

      sometimes i also do more than one thing in an hour, or two activities share an hour half/half – in those cases i choose the one that feels more right to me in that moment.

      Woah, this is so cool! What app did you use or what is a custom spreadsheet thing?
