Etwas in der Art, das mir gefiel: die Klassiker der 70er und 80er Jahre wie Rockford Files, Starsky and Hutch, SWAT, Vega$, Magnum PI und Miami Vice; Auch Sweeney Und Die Profis) (Britische 70er-Jahre-Copserien) und von den deutschen Serien Cobra 11 (erste 8 Jahre), Der Kommissar), Bohrturm), Der Alte), Der Clown, auch neuer, wenn auch etwas in der Art von Der letzte Bulle) (ein Polizist, der Ende der 80er Jahre in den Kopf geschossen wurde, dann 20 Jahre im Koma lag und 2010 aufwachte und heute ein Macho-Polizist der alten Schule in der modernen Welt ist.) Auch die französischen Gendarmfilme von Louis de Funes, obwohl sie eher komödiantisch als ernst waren.
Ich würde mir also etwas in dieser Größenordnung vorstellen, vielleicht aus der Zeit der Ersten Republik oder vielleicht aus der frühen Zweiten Republik (bis Mitte der 2000er Jahre oder so). Außerdem würde ich einige mit eher regionalen Themen begrüßen (a la weniger auf Rom oder Mailand ausgerichtet), auch wenn sie etwas neuer sind; So wie es in Deutschland der Fall ist Rosenheim-Cops im ländlichen Bayern und die Ostfrieslandkrimis, die in Ostfriesland (niedersächsische Küste) spielen und auf den Romanen von Klaus-Peter Wolf basieren.

If you don’t mind movies, you could try „Cani Arrabbiati“ from 1974.
1992, 1993, and 1994. It’s not your classic crime drama, but it tells the story of Berlusconi’s rise to prominence and power. So there’s a lot of crime and corruption involving judges and police.
We have a bunch of police procedural crime dramas, looking at those started before the 2000 (list from wikipedia with links to the italain version but you can translate easily)

Most have some comedy in them, some have been distributed abroad too.
After the 2000s there was a *boom* of crime drama so there’s dozens more, often based on successful books, and there’s even stuff like[ L’ispettore Coliandro](https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/L%27ispettore_Coliandro) which is very peculiar, a kind of deconstruction of the genre, and each episode filmed in a different way.
