Could be but doubtful. You could check with Space Weather and check the date and time to see if there were sun spots at that time.
The sarcastic person in me wants me to say nope you have detected the first and only provable Alien Craft and it is only looks like 3 earths by 1 earth tall..

All kidding aside. That looks like it is A sun spot, or a smudge or dust between the sun an the camera . Cell phones are not know for their amazing picture taking when it comes to cosmic or stellar stuff. unless S25 ultra is some new telescope I don’t know about. Sounds like a samsung phone though.

Could be. I have an S23 Ultra, and have gotten pretty good shots of sunspots through clouds and smoke before.
