That’s almost impossible.
So, banning vpn use for adults on social media? Sacrificing all privacy in the name of children.
No solid guidance. If regulations go too far they blame the implementers. If measures don’t go far enough they punish them.

A lot of kids are going to give away their personal information to freevpn services that Keylog. Kids are going to lose passwords and potentially put their parents in vulnerable situations loading these vpns up on their home wifi.
This is going to be a cyber security nightmare.
I do not think they understand the whole point of a VPN, which is to protect your identity.
