Weniger Zigaretten zu rauchen beseitigt das Risiko von Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen nicht und ein völliger Verzicht ist die wirksamste Strategie zur Verbesserung der Gesundheit. This only makes sense. So many forms of metabolic damage are threshold-based, and not merely cumulative. There’s a certain number of cigarettes that just completely overruns your body’s ability to tolerate the stress and toxicity before serious damage begins to occur, and it’s not a very high number at all. Less is better, but the damage is not a linear phenomenon.
Hmmm, a lot of the authors seem to have ties to notable research facilities and cancer prevention institutions. I’m curious what the studies by the Phillips Morris folks have to say about casual smoking.
Quitting .. best thing I ever did.. my life is so much better…
All the money I save on smokes, I put back into my kids either by long term investment or in toys to make them smile .
Hardest thing I ever did , quitting , but best thing ..
Phillip morris and Marlboro can suck it!
Does this include just nicotine too?
Who knew inhaling any type of smoke over the long term is not great for the body?
