    i.e. for rich foreigners, but still not for rich saudis

    This is true. I’ve bought loads this weekend.

    The general rule is SAR50k a month, non muslim and iqama.

    But this isn’t new, the alochol store has been open for 2 years. More are opening.

    The country is progressing forward.

    Rump could open up liquor sales into Saudi Arabia, and send in Kentucky bourbon to save the state of Kentucky… but he won’t.
