      i.e. for rich foreigners, but still not for rich saudis

      This is true. I’ve bought loads this weekend.

      The general rule is SAR50k a month, non muslim and iqama.

      But this isn’t new, the alochol store has been open for 2 years. More are opening.

      The country is progressing forward.

      Great news! …if I were rich and didn’t go there bc of the alcohol ban. Unfortunately there are other, more grave reasons
