      Pretty sure everyone is getting them. The idea is to make people think of sending cards to people they know.

      Is it my imagination or has it looked suspiciously like AI slop? Myself and wife poured over it and are convinced it was sloughed out of some LLM

      Still not sending any Xmas cards, since the price of stamps jumped to €1.30 !
      ( IIRC they went 67c 72c €1 €1.05 €1.10 €1.30)

      My view of our institutions is so sour that my first thought was “I wonder what insane amount of money it cost them to do this”

      They did this last year too, I think its a lovely idea, especially for those who might not have a lot of family

      I got a parcel delivered to work from them a couple of years ago. Tayto and Cadbury chocolate. I got a call from them a few months later. It was a marketing thing. Dude wasn’t impressed that I only worked there and wasn’t the boss.
