So the watch looks like a gift from the deputy commander of the Combined Forces Command, who at the time was also the commander of the Ground Component Command. Combined Forces Command is the wartime configuration of US/ROK forces in Korea, the GCC is the ground component (just like air, maritime, etc.) and encompasses all US/ROK ground forces. The little 4-star rank insignia is a ROK rank, so it came from a Korean. The Taeguk logo (lityle shield with the yong yang thing) is the Combined Forces Command logo.
So, all that said, dunno on the value, but there you be.

It’s a watch given as a gift from an rok/us armed forces commander. They’re pretty common, but some people collect them. Maybe $20 in value.

    3. Deputy Commander of ROK-US Combined Forces
      CFC is Combined Forces Command
      GCC is Ground Component Command
Four Stars in the watch is because it’s a four star general position
