      I’m old enough to remember that movie theater tickets used to be $5 or $1 at the second run theater.

      Now it’s close to 30 bucks, with popcorn and drink for a family, it’s $250 for just a night out. How can people survive? Something’s gotta give.

      Don’t think of it as „the cost of living“.

      Think of it as the tax you pay to America’s billionaires for the privilege of living in the nation they rule.

      The whole point of the modern GOP is to extract wealth from the middle class and give it to the rich. They are succeeding in that.
