      Of course they did. The US under trump is only interested in securing access to trade and minerals with russia, it doesnt give a shit about Europe or Ukraine. The sooner our politicians realise what we have known for a year the better.

      I feel like something is wrong with Europe. Every day another article about a EU leader talking or worry about Trump. Go fight Russia and defend your neighbor. You do not need the US. You all have armies and weapons and as a combined EU group can man up and go fight them back. EU is stronger than Russia. You were warned to arm up and prepare by Trump and you laugh, you were warned to stop being dependent on Russian oil, and you ignored good advice for cheap energy (greed). You don’t need the US. Stop being dependent and worrying about Trump – chart your own course and help your neighbor – join the fight. Talking shit about trump is not going to help – its a waste of time.

      Trump is very simple minded. He sees any type of land taking is a sign someone is winning. Notice how each time Russia take a tiny amount of land, Trump says a bunch of Russian propaganda? Then when Ukraine attacked a bunch of planes inside Russia, Trump flipped and said Ukraine can take back land?

      Trump hates being seen as a loser, including be associated with the losing side….so, It seems to me the only way for the US to stop giving into Russian demands is if Ukraine start taking back territories and declare wins on the battle field.
