hitting a drug boat four times sounds like they really wanted to make sure it wasn’t just a fishing trip. that’s precision plus intent.

Since when do we give drug traffickers the death penalty in the USA? The Sackler family is still living in their mansions. Those boats aren’t capable of making it to the US mainland.

    3. Even if it was a „drug boat“ you don’t shoot a missile at it, let alone 4

Is Hegseth and the Cabinet trying to score a price negotiation on Cocaine?
Most that cabinet are active hard drugs users. You can tell by their eyes. And the ranting and amped up craziness of their behaviors.

Why does this title concede the unproven claim that these boats were transporting drugs?

Why was the U.S. so insistent on insuring this particular boat had no survivors and sank to the bottom of the ocean?

Four drone strikes on a small motorboat.

This whole ordeal reeks of a coverup.

The cost of this “military op” could have funded the rehabilitation of every fentanyl drug addiction. Just like “saving” unborn babies to just pull their parents SNAP to feed them properly

They had to make sure they murdered everyone on board so they could lie about what the boat was really doing. There is no other explanation, especially in light of Donald’s new hobby of pardoning people who actually did have a part in illegal drug supply/sales.

    9. Pete managed to commit the one war crime that’s literally used as THE EXAMPLE of a war crime

      DoD Law of War Manual:

18.3.2.1 Clearly Illegal Orders to Commit Law of War Violations. The requirement to refuse to comply with orders to commit law of war violations applies to orders to perform conduct that is clearly illegal or orders that the subordinate knows, in fact, are illegal. For example, orders to fire upon the shipwrecked would be clearly illegal.

(This isn’t mine but I forgot to save what redditor did. Credit should be theirs)

Until the pentagon provides evidence to the contrary, it was just “a boat in the Caribbean”, most likely a fishing boat.

    11. >Military struck drug boat in Caribbean 4 times in Sept. 2 attack, says US official

The first was an illegal abuse of military power, and the last three were simply murder.

Hey Americans, you gonna do something about your government using tax payer money for war crimes in South America while betraying Europe?

stop calling it drug boat you have no idea what it was and you never will.

I guess my question is how do you claim to be at war with drugs and attack a boat 4 times because of it. Killing everyone. Yet Trump pardoned a drug dealer who brought tons, tons of drugs into this country.

Doe as it bothers me anyone else that our munitions appear to be very ineffective? The need for repeated attacks on relatively small boats is concerning. It sounds like these are only able to take out a kayak.

Those missiles are expensive. Who has a vested interest in military spending? Surely there’s no corruption at play here

      So where are we now?

      That didn’t happen.

And if it did, it wasn’t that bad.

And if it was, that’s not a big deal.

And if it is, that’s not my fault. *************

And if it was, I didn’t mean it.

      And if I did…

      You deserved it.

It’s pretty amazing that the most basic of questions don’t have any answers, or changing answers.

How many times was the boat or it’s occupants engaged? Once, twice and now four times.

Who gave the order? He did, he did, Trump did, Pete did but then left, Pete did but it was vague so I just interpreted what he maybe meant.

Were drugs recovered or verified to have been on the vessel? Skip.

How many and what were the names of the alleged narco terrorists you engaged? Skip.

What cartel or supplier or organization were these from? Skip.

Utterly amazing and disgusting that we’re at this point.

“It was exploded in fire or smoke. You can’t see anything,” he said. “You got digital … this is called the fog of war.”

Literally NOT the definition of “the fog of war”. This guy is a knucklefuck.

    21. > drug boat

Oh has proof been provided that there were drugs on the boat?

Because if not, put the fucking word „alleged, without proof“ in there

    22. I felt a little vomit rising in my mouth when Hegseth described this as „combat“. Using high tech aircraft and misiles to blow up a speedboat is not combat. At best it’s a training exercise. In this case it’s out and out murder.

„Like a 12-year old playing at being a soldier“ is how Mark Kelly described Hegseth. I couldn’t agree more.
