Good. I’m pretty sure he’s not the guy. But for reasons unknown to most he’s in the hot seat.
Like it or not, but they didn’t need a warrant. They had reasonable suspicion he was a wanted murderer and he handed the cops a fake ID.

Well he’s obviously not the actual shooter and I hope and pray he walks free and is able to clear his name, and I’m sure the family of the man who was gunned down would like for the actual shooter to be arrested…

I think the Miranda right bit is a stretch. You only read them if you’re going to arrest someone. If they are being questioned though you’re not going to read Miranda rights.
