      „While Mr Culjak alleged that no warning signs had been put up, the CCTV actually showed Mr Culjak himself had erected a wet-floor sign before a staff member started to clean the floor. Five minutes later, he proceeded to walk across the area that had been mopped. These inconsistencies were pointed out to him by his legal team.“
