      When the most powerful backer begins cutting lines with its key partner, it sends a signal to everyone that assistance to Ukraine is no longer guaranteed, that destabilizes the entire effort.

      As I understand deliveries of weapons take time to organize and accomplish. There is no dates mentioned, I guess we are talking about days here, not hours.
      So did trump partially stopped deliveries and communications right after russian „peace“ plan or before that?

      I sincerely hope that Europe rallies around Ukraine.

      Russia is barely a match against Ukraine alone and would stand no chance with a unified Europe behind them, regardless of how much they like to pretend otherwise.

      Unfortunately my country is fighting a sickness that will take a long time to get rid of and we simply cannot trust our govt to act on the will of the people or even keep their word.

      We gave our word to Ukraine that we would defend them from this exact situation when they gave up their nukes. For all of my country’s flaws in the past and present, a guarantee from us used to mean something and I regret that it no longer does.

      americans have to be the biggest disappointment in human history.

      After building so many alliances, so many global institutions, they had Russia within a year of bankruptcy before all this, China demographics and real estate were buckling, Iran has no water in its country, NK has no food, who was left?

      We we’re about to win, and the americans fucking blinked lmfao such a utter disappointment americans are.

      If the United States is currently not giving weapons to Ukraine and anything from the USA is being purchased by other countries. Then why would the USA need to keep an Ukraine aid distribution channel? Wouldn’t weapons just be sent to purchasing nato countries, then they distribute the weapons to Ukraine.

      Didn’t the States act as the command core of NATO? To what extent do we rely on data from the United States for our defense? Or simply when the Russians decide to „protect“ themselves from „aggressive“ Europe, they will not provide us with anything, even if it threatens cities with civilian populations.

      As sad as it is to say, we can’t consider the US an ally under the current government and we must rally ourselves. To be fair Western Europe itself have an excellent military and we are used to working closely.
