It would be an argument that a presidential election shouldn’t come between family relations but her husband gets named by President himself in the late night rants and got off air because President of the fucking United States pressured the network.
Her “choose Trump or us” ultimatum to her family and friends is very Trumpian. Only a Sith deals in absolutes.
I feel this, it’s very hard to talk to family members that brought on this disaster. I haven’t cut anyone off but I’m not seeing family for the holidays anymore.

I hate this mentality that those of us who didn’t vote for Trump must cut ties with family members who did.
I have many family members and friends who voted for Trump. They are good people and I still want them in my life. You know, it’s possible to not talk about politics when you disagree.

I’ve got conservative family that I never really liked before Trump but after he got elected the first time I got to see exactly how shitty they really are and I haven’t talked to any of them in about 10 years now.
No, she chose to cut family ties because they participated in democracy in a way she doesn’t like. Not saying it was a bad decision but let’s at least be accountable for the choices we make in life.
