Not good enough, Will. “I support the tanker ban and will not support any weakening or lifting of it, including under the conditions set out in the MOU.” That’s what we want to hear.

Seems like just a month ago a leader having open rebellion in his party was a problem for said leader. I’m waiting with baited breath for the CBC, Torstar and the Globe to write hatchet pieces on Carney pondering whether he has the confidence of his party and why he hasn’t stepped aside yet.

Its kinda of comical to watch the left and right claim these grandslams agianst Carney.

These MP’s rely on left votes in these areas , ofcourse they’re going to say no no matter what they beleive.

Its kind of crazy actually Carney is doing them and the BC Ndp a solid by taking a political hit with the left by opening a lane finally threw the optics enough to finally kill this north pacific coast crude pipeline.

Carney is doing what Trudeau and Horgan should of done which is to let the line kill itself whether that comes at a political cost or not .

The liberals and the ndp are equally as responsible for giving the CPC and UPC the gasoline needed to keep this fire burning for so long .

Carneys safe , even Steven the most activist of them all is pragmatic enough to know that he needs to continue to support Carney .
