Seit drei Monaten in Folge zeigt Armeniens am häufigsten verwendetes Windows-Betriebssystem Windows XP nicht an. Ich denke, wir haben dauerhaft auf Windows 10 oder 11 aktualisiert. Statcounter-Daten vom November 2025 unten.
How is it possible to go from around 60% to 0 in 1 month? Did xp lose some specific support this last month that made companies move to newer stuff??

Nah, I don’t believe this data. I’m not saying we didn’t use xp a lot and didn’t stop using it, but it’s not very believable that it reflects real situation, both now and before. Same with browsers statistics on statcounter: why the sudden drop? Maybe previous numbers was overinflated, maybe something’s wrong with new ones, but no way the usage has been dropped overnight.

I still don’t think it’s secure, i wouldn’t trust windows machines in the government using administrative accounts, unless there’s like one server with a cyber security team overseeing it, with regular accounts to users that doesn’t allow them to install anything. Doubt that’s the case.
I’m not a fan of apple but i think they can provide the most user friendly and secure environment.

looks like a technical bug/misreporting from the statcounter side. You don’t drop that fast.
