These are counties not „states“. Most of the historic counties in Scotland do yet not have official flags.

East Anglia got nerfed so badly, it’s hardly sticking out anymore. Good work though anyway

I believe you’ve taken the modern flag of Cumbria and not the flags of historical Cumberland and Westmorland.
I am a huge fan of how Yorkshire are squishing Lancashire out of existance
Good effort. You have missed one though, Westmorland which is sandwiched between Yorkshire and Cumberland.
I enjoy the GAA colours of Northern Ireland’s counties
