Wonder if it’ll be a minor shuffle to replace Guilbeault, or a larger one that has been anticipated for some time now.
Re-shuffle fully, or just replace the one person who left?
There’s been gossip that he was going to move some people around near the end of the year once it was clear who was performing well and who wasn’t.
Carney only set up his cabinet in mid-May. It’ll be less than six months if he shuffles today. That’s barely enough time for a Minister to get up to speed on their portfolio.
