Ich gehe kein Risiko ein, deshalb habe ich diese unerwünschte WhatsApp-Nachricht gemeldet, frage mich aber, ob es ein ehrlicher Fehler oder ein sehr guter Phishing-Versuch ist.
Im ersten Absatz erwähnt der Autor das Ergebnis eines Arztbesuchs. Im zweiten gibt es einen Verweis auf "Mich" Medikamente verschreiben … was für mich etwas ist, was der Arzt tun würde … Jetzt können Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Gründen mehrere Ärzte haben, sodass unterschiedliche Menschen Medikamente verschreiben.
Zweite rote Flagge, die letzte Zeile lautet: Alles Gute "Ihr alle"sind das alle in dieser Arztpraxis oder nur ein Ausrutscher?
Ich bin ein sehr skeptischer Mensch, aber ich denke, dass dies ein ehrlicher Fehler ist.
Was denkt ihr alle?

I don’t immediately see how this can turn into a scam. Sounds more like a message meant for a psychiatric practice maybe? But yeah, if you’re unsure don’t engage, they’ll figure out something’s wrong when they get no reply.
Maybe it’s a specialist he/she knows personally?
But yeah, weird message to get out of nowhere anyway.
If you’d want to respond, I’d just let them know they have the wrong contact info.
If they continue to try and contact you: block & delete.
Yeah tbf my first thought with something like this is that it’s an intentional „mistake“ to get the foot in the door for some kind of data harvesting or scam.

Will you send a message to a number instead of a contact and address the person with first name?
I would give it the benefit of the doubt and respond: You have the wrong number.
Maybe it’s a scam, maybe it’s not, but being kind doesn’t hurt and you can’t get scammed if you don’t give out any further info or stop responding after that first one.
My mom got a really similar message a little while ago so I’ll go with phishing, obv not immediately problematic but maybe they want to check if the number is alive or not.
