Lutnick flat out said they are doing this to automate more factories. More robots here, less people.

possible for all to agree that Trump has single handedly collapsed the integrity of the economy…by that I mean the ability for the markets to want to, and be able to, invest and grow.

    4. Blue collar jobs always were. I recall when Trump wasted millions dollars on coal just to save a handful of jobs.

      >Of the five industry groups or „supersectors“ that could be broadly considered „blue collar“—manufacturing, mining and logging, transportation and warehousing, utilities, and construction—only the latter saw an increase in September. Construction’s 19,000-job gain was also insufficient to offset the monthly loss of 25,300 jobs in transportation or manufacturing shedding a further 6,000.

Tariffs kill imports. If ports have less shipments, they don’t need as many warehouse employees. Truckers have less cargo to move, so there are more layoffs.

Very funny honestly. All those „blue collar real american“ men whos skills can be offshored for a fraction of the cost will just have to adapt. Dont worry cleetus im sure burger king will pay as much as construction.

    7. This is a gigantic political opening that Democrats could drive a truck through if they drop Schumer flavored bullshit and embrace progressive policy and messaging.

How’s that feeling now? His voter base is seeing how little he cares if you starve and have now health care. Stop hitting the snooze bar and wake up

    9. The people responsible for these TREASONOUS numbers have been FIRED into the BIG BEAUTIFUL SUN.

Next month the numbers will be HUGE. You’ll never seen anything like them. Manufacturing increased by 4 -5-6-90000%! But only to my BEAUTIFUL voters and not for the UGLY and VERY UNSMART democrats!

Thank you for your attention to this matter!

So you are telling me a rich man claiming to be a friend of the working class has completely fucked them over. Colour me shocked

    11. Blue collar jobs collapsing under Trump, AI to take white collar jobs. Guess we all going to just be unemployed and on Reddit.

    12. 9 times out of 10, the president gets too much credit and blame for the state of the economy. The government really doesn’t use the „economy be good“ or „economy be bad“ button as much as people think. But Trump’s whole platform is a recipe for short and long term economic pain: tarrifs, cutting government programs, cutting basic scientific research, picking private companies as winners and losers (aka corruption).

Exactly what he campaigned on. Exactly what his supporters voted for.
