    1. Well Russia includes that entire north part + Siberia, so naturally it gets real goddamn cold in there in contrast to other countries

      -19 in Ireland! That was nearly 150 years ago. It never gets that cold normally, generally hits -1 lowest

    3. Oh my god! I cannot imagine this level of cold! Wow!

      Although, I suppose most of the world cannot imagine the temperatures where I live (Phoenix, Arizona where I’ve [64f] lived through 120⁰F temperatures)!

    4. Where is the line of Russia Europe and Russia Asia?

      Because I am guessing that is why Russia doesn’t say -71,2C.

      Italy cannot be considered homogeneous. Concerning south and islands, the temperature Is higher than the north. I bet that such temperature was recorded high in the mountains, in the Alps
