Well Russia includes that entire north part + Siberia, so naturally it gets real goddamn cold in there in contrast to other countries

-19 in Ireland! That was nearly 150 years ago. It never gets that cold normally, generally hits -1 lowest
The map is wrong; -52.6°C is the record in Austria.
Truste me. -41 is possible but only in the countryside not in Paris.

Although, I suppose most of the world cannot imagine the temperatures where I live (Phoenix, Arizona where I’ve [64f] lived through 120⁰F temperatures)!
