Why would you think this is funny?
The key here is that you were able to take it with your phone. It wasn’t too long ago when you pointed a smartphone camera at the night sky all you saw was black.Â
Get a tripod or mount and you can take better ones than you might think.
Wow! I can barely make out that it’s Saturn at all!
I think it’s beautiful. In a Nintendo 8 bit sort of way.
To be able to take a picture of another planet with a phone is crazy tho.
Not so long ago, that was just impossible for us unless you invested in an expensive telescope…
