Legit question is there international law about not killing survivors of a military target/vehicle, if this was a legit declared war?

There are stories of the ACTUAL nazis having more respect for POW’s and the laws of war than this administration does. If more people were capable of thinking critically, it would really make you think.

Well I suppose I appreciate republicans handling us an obvious out from their nonsensical traitor claims. Not even magats can deny that perhaps Democrats had a point with Hennessybreath issuing wildly illegal orders to murder helpless noncombatants.
What the fuck am I saying? Of course they’ll deny it. Reality is whatever trump says it is to <40% of the county.

Ok but why are all these stories making it seem like the first order was legal??!!!! What’s this emphasis on the second one, which was heinous, as if the first one was lawful?

Because it is illegal…yea

The second order was unconstitutional and clearly so. It was pure murder. The soldiers who did it may have some plausible deniability depending on what they knew and how they were given, but very likely they are on the hook for murder here in a legal sense. And much less likely to be remembered in Trump’s pardons. They can’t pay his bribes, and he just doesn’t care about them.

Everyone in that chain of command who did carry out the order needs to be charged and held to account.
America really needs to start rooting out the cancer that is MAGA or it is going to destroy the nation.

Not that it would happen, but in the slim hypothetical that Capt Kelly is impacted by recalling him to the military and Court Martialing him, for me would be the absolute last straw in a bed of last straws.

If true, the follow-up strike, on non-combatants is a war crime or murder.
This is indefensible and every person in that chain of command should be investigated to be charged with murder.
The US must uphold the rules of war or you lose all credibility internationally and expose all our allied armed forces to the same fate.

The first order was unlawful, the second even more so.
The context matters. This administration is systematically engaged in improper use of military and police and criminal justice Soviet style showtrial prosecutions to enact a dictatorship contrary to the constitution as Trump and Co. has more or less publicly stated. “I will be a dictator” Hannity: you were kidding right about saying I will be dictator and revenge on personal enemies “no, no they have to pay” and the infamous text to AG Bondi demanding persecutions. And 800 other utterances. This administration has put all government on notice they are here to abuse the system and the law be damned (or worse as Emil Bove allegedly says). That has a price, one would hope. It is not as if a soldier can say he just had no idea this admin was engaged in abuse of the rule of law to the point of it being a fetish.

Not only is this murder, but it is just dumb when it comes to tracking down drugs.
Imagine being able to capture drug traffickers alive and interrogate them about their drug lanes…
There are very literally reasons NOT to kill them, if they are actual drug traffickers.
You want to know something though?
I think they are blowing up random boats. I genuinely think they are blowing up any suspicious looking boats that may have PEOPLE on them, not drugs, but immigrants.
When we find out, they will try to say those immigrant families were trafficking drugs… But I’m telling you this is 100% them covering their asses for blowing up boats taking immigrants to places.
