Das VA-Gesundheitsministerium ist nicht bereit, den Fall zu untersuchen, da die Opfer über die gesamten USA verstreut sind.

Ok I’m glad I got here early so my comment isn’t buried! I grew up in that city.
My mom and *a bunch other moms and women she knew* got breast cancer at some point during my childhood. At one point four women had it at the same time in the broader social circle.
Something is wrong in that city.

Walk around campus with a geiger counter, pay close attention to the walls & floors of buildings. Also, look for radon in basements.
Salem, where Roanoke College is located, is most definitely not in coal country, as anybody from the area could easily tell you.

It’s well understood living down and of a coal burning plant leads to increased asthma and cancer. I would expect the same living downwind or even down water of coal mines
