      There were some controversies previously about that emoji being used to represent Korean male penis size and degrade Korean men on some radical feminist communities but then they took that and extrapolated it to mean that every usage of said emoji is somehow targeting Korean men

      Disclaimer: I support Korean feminism and the 4B movement and I fucking hate Korean incels who harass innocent women/men over the 🤏 emoji.

      The reason why Korean men get mad at the 🤏 is more complicated than just haha mad at penis small. The 🤏 was made popular by TERF radical feminist groups such as Womad and Megalia(literally has 🤏 as their logo).

      They’ve done shit like condoning and posting footage of the assault of Korean young boys, post hidden camera footage of unconsenting men, admit that they harmed Korean men(like admitting they fed someone anti freeze and they pushed someone off a bridge), post extremely transphobic and homophobic things, out closeted gay men without their consent, make fun of men who died in the military, etc

      „But Men treat women far worse in Korea than women treat men. So they deserve it.“ Men treat women in Korea far worse than women treat men. But that’s never an excuse for the innocent men these groups are harming. Even normal Korean feminists have to disavow Megalia and Womad because they have given feminism such a bad name.

      It’s a logo of Megalia, which was a very controvertial feminist website that was also the origin of Womad. They used the pinching sign as their logo.

      Bc there was an entire feminist movement belittling Korean men for the alleged size of their penises using that emoji. Honestly if you are insecure about it I’m sure there are a billion clinics out there to help your situation just like all the plastic surgery clinics but for your cock instead. That being said it’s still pretty fucked up to body shame an entire nationality of men for some bogus study. I do think Asian men tend to have smaller penises compared to western men but at the end of the day it’s an average. Koreans also have one of the highest IQs so I guess that compensates somewhat.

      This happened to League of Legends. The Koreans got mad cause there was a $2 emote that had a character doing this 🤏. Riot games then changed it to like an open hand 👋
