      How the fuck anyone has the power to just take all the work and proof the prosecutors, the judges and juries did and just say „no“ and sweep it all away is beyond me.

      The pardon has got to be eliminated when the power shifts in Washington. This has gotten completely ridiculous with outright dirtbags getting full pardons for no reason. Imagine how those directly affected by these crimes must feel. This kind of thing is going to sow mass distrust in the legal system and possibly even encourage vigilante behavior.

      Causing as much suffering and discord as possible before anything possibly happens to him to ensure it will be a large mess to clean up after and to ensure that supporters of the right will not comprehend that if democrats do get power, it would take a long time to actually get things fixed (Probably multiple elections in a row) and they’ll blame the democrats for not going fast enough and then they’ll vote for more chuds.

      He basically promised Trump money from some external source once released and Trump signed off on it.

      If no one has caught on yet, Trump is selling the commuting of sentences, and pardons. He’s not even providing explanations any more. In fact, he doesn’t even know who he’s releasing (as long as he gets paid, he doesn’t care who it is).

      I’d love someone to introduce a Constitutional amendment to give Congress the power to veto pardons. I’m sure Johnson and Thune would bury it, which is bizarre in the grand scheme of checks and balances, but if it got to a vote to send it to the states, I’d love to see who is okay with this blatant corruption.

      It must not have been about justice then, right? Cuz then they’d both get a pardon.

      But only one guy got pardoned.

      Blatant corruption and contempt for the American people and the country he lives in. An embarrassment of the highest order and a disgrace to the Supreme Court for allowing this. I hope when they look in the mirror they realize that future generations will see them also as corrupt turncoats.

      Yeah this whole presidential pardon thing needs to seriously be revisited once fucking clown shoes amd the whole administration is out of office
