He just wants an excuse to nullify Biden’s work.
He’s not going to nullify anything. He knows this cannot be done. Just what the hell is in those Epstein files that he thinks he needs this big of a distraction?
Imagine needing legal analysts to explain why a tantrum isn’t a policy.
Nothing says ‘strong leadership’ like obsessively undoing someone else’s homework.
He just wants to undo everything Biden did and one or more of the tangerine toddlers babysitters told him to use the autopen is illegal reason even though he has also used the autopen
His latest post has to be one of his wildest. In a single truth he:
– said he was pausing all migration from 3rd world countries.
– said he would begin to deport migrants who are a net negative on economy/ welfare dependant or „can’t love America“
(Whatever that means).
– called Tim Walz mentally disabled (using a word idk if I can say on reddit).
– claimed the only way to save America was through reverse migration.
He wonders why his approval numbers are dropping.. this is prime example. Announcing something that can’t legally be done. In turn it never gets done and his supporters throw it on the pile of incompetence.
I have trouble imagining this orange fuckwit has any kind of plan. The man tried to flush classified documents in a place with like 40 fireplaces. But those around him might have a plan.
There is no reason for the autopen excuse. If Biden signed an executive order saying that tangerines are now vegetables, Trump can sign one saying they are fruit again. You don’t need any excuse, just do a new one.
So his use of this autopen bullshit is either blithering idiocy, or trying to set some kind of precedent. Next, he might say whichever laws he doesn’t like were signed by autopen and declare them rescinded. He might claim John Hancock used autopen in 1776, who the hell knows.
Or, he is just a raging demented idiot. Hard to tell.
Trump wiping out Biden’s executive orders sounds flashy, but it’s not that simple. Legal experts point out he can’t just erase them without consequences. We want stability and predictable rules, not political showmanship which is what he knows how to do best.
I think I’d get the same answer from a circus geek that I’d get from a legal scholar on this issue.

Nothing he has said he would do has even been done! Everything is more expensive, wars are still going on, he said he would only get criminals and just getting people if they are brown, arrested his political opponents….
