This is like 60 percent of my diet!!!
Once again, berries are shown to provide great health benefits. A lot of the other things listed are quite commonly consumed already so I think most people already benefit from this to some extent with the average diet.
People who tend to consume these nutritious foods also tend to have healthier habits elsewhere in their lives.
