Good. Down with Ukrainian oligarchs and those who help them.

Obviously the Russians are here already.
Let’s be honest about the situation **every country has corruption**, but in Ukraine’s case, not only are they dealing with the usual corruption that happens in all governments, they are also dealing with weaponised corruption from the Russian government designed to create headlines like this and destabilise the country. They’ve been dealing with this since the collapse of the Soviet Union and even more so now.
The most important thing is that corruption is identified, arrests are made and it’s shut down. This is going to be an endless battle for Ukraine, it will never stop. Russia will always try and destabilise the country, even in future peacetime.

So impressed. Even in war, they continue to crack down on domestic corruption. Zelenskyy is on another level of leadership. Most countries would look the other way and try to sweep this kind of thing under the rug.

Wait a sec, there are countries that actually deal with corruption instead of just letting it happen and re-electing the officials who do it?

Not really a shocker. Ukraine has long had one of the most corrupt governments in the world. War doesn’t change that.

Good on the Ukranians for dealing with this stuff, especially during war time

Russia and Ukraine are both famously corrupt. It has nothing to do with the ongoing war, or any of the politics surrounding the war.
It is understandable that it has become such a sensitive subject, but I truly feel that it shouldn’t be that big of a deal because -again- it is just a fact that is completely unrelated to the war.
The corruption index would always have both countries in the bottom ten. I know that there has been a lot of changes made, and a focus on corruption so it could be different now but let’s not pretend that any criticism towards Ukraines corruption is a statement on the war.

I wonder how quickly he will use „The Law of Return“ and settle in Israel.🤣

> Zelensky has already fired two ministers and several suspects have been detained in the scandal. One of the president’s former business associates, Timur Mindich, has fled the country.
It’s interesting how the ring leader Timur Mindich who was a former business partner of Zelesnky managed to flee the country.

Imagine how much worse it would be if Russia did manage to control Ukraine.
Also please ignore the people in here that are trying to paint Zelensky in a negative light. He’s doing the best he can in a situation where the vast majority of people would have just cut and run.
