Hallo zusammen.

I always wondered why people decide to live in such places, so why ?

    2. I don’t understand what’s your point here? Asking for help? Complaining?

I lived in Glis for more than a year and there is no direct sunlight for couple of months. I survived without a scratch.

    3. I grew up in a mountain valley that faces north-south and yes that’s a universal problem in those places. Only after I moved out I realized how much I suffered from seasonal depression because of the lack of sunlight. My recommendation is to buy certified light therapy lamps (Finland is leading in this), it improved my mornings a lot. I have it on a timer to start 5 minutes before my alarm goes off.

at least it’s not grey all the time as in the wonderful central plateu. I can barely believe I saw the sun or even some blue sy yesterday or today 😀

I lived two years on the shady side of a hill, not even a mountain- still, 2 months no sunlight. I got to see the other side of the valley lit beautifully though, while sitting in the shadow. So I just drove there for my daily vitamin D supply 😂 I don’t live there anymore and I’m very happy about that.
