Is a special offer for 200.000 Euro. Has nothing to do with the rates. Fix rates are higher . This seems to be a euribor
Rule of life: when you see „*“ right next to a price or number, just know it’s all bulls*it.
It’s ONLY for 200K and for 10 years (which is better than before, 5 years only, which they did like 6 months ago) but still, nowhere close to rates like 5 years ago
At the same time, BIL is two decreases behind the latest ECB rate change.
