    1. Crossing state borders on the interstate to commit a crime is a **federal offense**.  This jihadist bozo just threw his life away.

Frankly I consider anyone who fights against the illegal occupation of our cities to be an American hero

      If the female guardsman dies

      So does the suspect

      We call this justice

Couldn’t possibly be related to the rushed withdrawal trump planned and Biden completed that left out thousands of Afganis who risked their lives to support us in our war right?

Just to be granted relief in our country for their service to our cause ..to get kicked out by the same dickhead who fucked up the withdrawal in the first place.

      Nah…that’d be crazy.

    5. anyone else think this feels less like terrorism and more like some kind of payback? like, did the US bring this guy but leave his family to die? or he was going to be removed, or feared being removed, due to ICE’s current behavior? Im sure there are some folks who’d rather be locked up in a supermax rather than be sent back to taliban controlled afghanistan

The fact that the suspect drove across the country, and committed a terrorist attack in the middle of DC, seems like a failure of the DHS and FBI. Those agencies are too busy helping ICE kidnap people instead of securing the country. The National Guard shouldn’t have even been there to begin with. This entire situation is a failure of the trump administration.

    7. I’m putting my foil hat on. Judge says that the national guard in DC is unlawful. Then 2 guardsmen are ambushed and shot but a former CIA operative.

Now the narrative will be “see! We need the national guard here!”

This seems like something ICE should’ve stopped. Wonder why they missed it.

Here is one possible scenario. I am not saying it is the only one, just a plausible one.

He was living in Washington State. That state leans very far left, which means he might have been influenced and radicalized there. In short, he may have arrived as someone grateful to America, then was gradually convinced that Trump and the United States were embodiments of evil.

Insane how all violence committed against the current admin is done by right wing conservatives or people who have been involved in the armed forces.

A trend that doesn’t seem too surprising tbh

Imagine if this was committed by a former CIA asset during the Biden administration 7 months after being granted asylum, lol.

      Oh…wait… that’s what they’re trying to say

Worked for the federal government. Who now controls the government government? Who benefited from a major distraction?

    13. CIA Operative, asylum seeker, worked w usa in afganistan,

Somehow i dont see how this is related to anything about the democrats

    14. And Pam Bondi is pursuing “the death penalty” again.

The guardsmen haven’t died. I don’t believe anyone has ever been convicted and sentenced to death on charges that don’t involve any death.

In Trump’s America, if you offend Trump, the government will try to kill you. This is not a death penalty case

This guy worked for the US government.

If this wasn’t a plant, then it’s a failure of the government.

Failure to investigate a possible threat.

As well as failures to address grievances he had that drove him to this stage of action.

    16. If i were of a suspicious frame of mind I would be questioning the timing and the convenience of this event for a certain person in political trouble right now….

    17. The National Guard shouldn’t even be there, first because their deployments aren’t even legal and second it’s just a political stunt for Trump. They’re not even in the roughest parts of DC. They just serve as a magnet for lunatics to commit violence against them.
