I always thought Ireland wasn’t typically not the coldest in Europe come winter time. (Compared to most of Europe at a similar latitude. Spain Portugal Greece and Italy tend to always stay reasonably higher.
Met.ie have a national max of 15C. It will be more like 12-13C for most of the country
