Why would drilling fall? People have been saying on here for years that oil sands will always have a spot and price won’t drop enough. Demand will always be high enough, etc, etc
Reality is about to slap Alberta in the face, and hit Canada’s bottom line at the same time.
Oil is a dying industry. The simply fact is the pricepoint of solar has dropped dramatically and it’ll soon be more economical to invest in solar than oil. The price of charging your car will be dramatically lower, heating for your home etc. We’re investing in a dying industry and China is laughing.
