Whenever I hear a country announcing they are going to build a new super-computer, I immediately wonder which members of the government of that country are going to get the biggest kick-backs from the companies that are going to build that super-computer.

As a Mexican, seeing how they’ve handled other projects, this is probably just a way for them to steal money, and it’ll amount to nothing, just subsidies so they can steal even more.

Just saying, I’ve seen plenty of riots for this kind of bad spending before.
