We really took Washington, DC for granted. Never thought about it much, but such a flagrant disregard for the nation’s history is blood-boiling. „Don’t take down Confederate statues, but by all means raze a third of the White House and destroy the National Mall!“ What’s next?

While the floor of the pool will be replaced with a giant mosaic, depicting Trump bursting into the Miss Teen USA beauty pageant changing rooms, to see if he can catch a peak at any underage children without their clothes on.

Considering the most iconic moment of history that took place at the reflection pool was a civil rights march and speech led by Martin Luther King Jr it’s not shocking that he wants to destroy it. These are the same people that think statues hold significance in how we remember stuff and fought to keep confederate statues up because of the history. The racism is clear as day.
How does the government have all this extra spending money to do these projects no one asked for?
