      The West can’t even keep Russian drones out of its airspace. I’d like to see the West do something significant against Russia for once. Something that really makes them pay for all the crimes they’ve committed. Western leaders need to stop being weak.

      Heres the unpopular deal. Regardless of what Russia calls this…

      This is a war.. an invasion of Ukraine. Russia has taken territory in this war. That is the sad facts of the case. We like to think we have a say and thinking giving Ukraine weapons gives us a say. But if any of these west countries invaded someone even for good reasons do you really think we would put up with Russia or China telling us how to end it?

      The arm Ukraine and give them money and international support is great and all but we are are almost on year 4.

      The facts of war is that the side that is taking territory and winning no matter how pyrrhic we may see it doesn’t have to listen to people who are not in the war. We may hate it but Russia has a ton of leverage in this war and pretending they dont is just going to drag it on forever. Which im starting to think that is the goal for some. Just keep the status quo of war. MIC gets their money, Europe gets to virtue signal and tell their citizens at least we are not the US.

      The west is currently doing a pretty good job in sitting back and letting Putin dictate Ukraine’s future though.

      Why not put your words into actions and actually send man power? The EU currently has 1.6 million active military personnel.

      Ukraine should be allowed to pursue pro western and pro EU path, but should remain neutral, no NATO membership.

      Is he planning to send Taurus missiles now ? These people claim that Ukrainians are fighting for Europe but won’t put boots on the ground to defend Ukrainians. Merz is completely fine sending back Ukrainian men to die because it allows him to say what great job he is doing for Ukraine.

      These people are all talk no action.

      Remember how much Merz talked about Taurus before being elected? And how after being elected he said he wouldn’t send Taurus but would help Ukraine build long range weapons?

      Well, that was 6 months ago. And tens of thousands of lost lives and uncounted billions in damage have happened since.
