Nah give me a rated R Kevin as an adult fighting off a highly competent team of thieves, murderers, spies, whatever in an extremely hilarious and dark manner
It’s better than the recent HA movie premises where they tried to make the robbers the antagonists.
The story of Home Alone was more than just the last 30 minutes. The fact is the series doesn’t really work in the digital age. Short of the kid getting actually kidnapped, I don’t know how you’d write story that believably seperates a kid from their parents that wouldn’t immediately be solved with cell phones.
It should be Kevin defending against being arrested.
Traps for cops, then swat…
Kevin is a big time drug dealer or financial crimes.
