Ich habe ein Problem mit der SIM-Aktivierung. Wenn ich die Telefonnummer und die Aktivierungsnummer eingebe, wird dieser Fehler angezeigt.
Ich habe versucht, die Support-Nummer zu kontaktieren, aber der Anruf kommt nicht durch.
Ich werde für jede Hilfe dankbar sein.

well you obviously don’t call with your phone since your sim card isn’t even activated yet… you call with another phone.
Did you call them from another phone or this one?
Have you completed your ID-verfication yet?
I just dialled 0172 222 2022 and it goes through for me. Can you recheck what you have dialled?
