      If only the US could mind its own business for once. It’s been obvious for ages that whenever the US State Department talks of ‚human rights‘, regardless of whether there are actual human rights violations, it’s used as a cudgel to beat other countries with which the US has ideological differences. Perhaps America should sort out its own problems first?

      I mean… are we really shocked? There’s a guy currently juggling more felony counts than most people have socks. Business-records falsification shenanigans, hush-money acrobatics, investigations about handling classified documents like they were takeout menus, and enough obstruction charges to get an undergraduate degree in.

      Sprinkle in a buffet of federal and state election-related cases, add a few allegations of sexual misconduct for “flavor,” toss in a double scoop of conspiracy-to-defraud and conspiracy-to-obstruct, and finish it off with “conspiracy against rights,” for enabling riots against democracy and voilà: you’ve basically recreated the resume of the individual who the US DESIGNATES president of the United States.

      Surprised? Or just tired?
