People are mistakenly or dishonestly making it sound like the Supreme Court ruled in favour of child pornography, when in fact the court ruled against mandatory minimum sentences.
Whether it is because people are beng deliberately deveptive or merely misunderstanding the ruling, it does not help the administration of justice in Canada to suggest that the Supreme Court of Canada thinks child pornography is OK.
