  1. Might as well stop reporting on it, since no one will be doing anything against it anyway.

  2. “Intercepts”… right. They followed for a bit, and then let an ally continue to follow. I’m sure the Brits would treat queuing mistakes more harshly.

They seem to be preparing themselves for something big. There is no other reason. They want to know exactly where to target their attack. Underwater cables, power supply, nuclear arsenals, runways, barracks, fuel depots, ships, tanks. A first strike on these targets will limit our response and make it easy for them to sink their claws. They are learning from their war with Ukraine. We are sleeping.

  4. Yes, these are international waters so the warship CAN go through legally but I wouldn’t be surprised if Russia is just using these guys as distraction to draw away from spy subs in actual British waters too, as well as just to stir up drama against the British gov for inaction.

  5. People commenting disappointed the navy didn’t immediately sink them have watched too many action films

Its amazing how these posts always get immediately filled with comments assuring us this is fine like Russia isn’t rapidly rearming and pushing every inch to see what weaknesses we have.

Just a reminder the Russian navy is absolutely terrible, their flagship is a smoke billowing broken monstrosity. The Ukrainians decimated their Black sea fleet and they don’t even have a navy. UK would wipe the floor with them if it came to it.

  8. Russia is paranoid the UK is going to do something to them and have believed so for the past hundred odd years.

  9. It’s strange that Russia can’t win their war against Ukraine, yet they’re starting shit with just about every non-ally in Europe. Maybe they’re feeling insecure so they’re „displaying their strength“ or something.
